As the name suggests, I provide support for small and micro business operators, taking on the the tasks you don’t:
- want to do;
- have time to do;
- have the necessary experience with; or
- have the resources for
in turn freeing you up (mentally and physically!) to focus your time, energy and attention on your core business activities.
Located in Brisbane, Australia, I love nothing better than catching up with local clients at their office or over coffee at a cafe, but I also work ‘virtually’ with clients who are further afield (including existing clients in Melbourne and Sydney).
Some of the most popular tasks I am engaged to assist with are:
- creating and sending e-newsletters;
- data entry;
- proofreading;
- website content management;
- social media content creation and posting;
- conducting research;
- survey design, execution and reporting;
- arranging travel; and
- snail-mailouts!
I work from my own office, and regularly stay in touch with clients by phone, Skype or email – updating them on the status of my work for them, or simply checking in to find out how things are going with their business.
